

Grief can be very individual and lonely. Allowing bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents the chance to come together, connect and build peer relationships with those who truly understand their loss and who won’t judge can provide us with a sense of security, trust and inclusion.
To help support this, Brightest Star now provides free Wellbeing Workshops where bereaved families can experience a range of therapies including yoga, mindfulness, massage, reiki, breath work and nutrition advice. Through yoga, mindfulness and breath work sessions, bereaved parents and grandparents can learn techniques to enhance their emotional resilience, strength and mindfulness.

Our Wellbeing Workshops feature a range of therapies, including:
