At Brightest Star, we create Memory Boxes filled with love for bereaved parents. Each box includes:
– A soft blanket
– Two small teddies or love heart cushions (one for the parent and one for the child)
– An inkless kit to capture the child’s hand and foot prints
– A small secure box for a lock of the child’s hair
Additionally, we provide funding for parents to receive a silver charm engraved with their child’s hand print, which can be attached to a bracelet or necklace, serving as a lasting reminder of their little one.
Each Memory Box also contains information on how to use the contents, along with a journal for parents to write down their memories of their child. Importantly, it includes details on how to contact Brightest Star for support or to connect with other bereaved parents.
